I don't have a problem with the price ,just what they view as a good value for peoples hard earned money. To say the least I was disappointed.I found it hard to believe that the Rocket Mortgage House can't come up with a better solution for the prices that they charge. While the show was entertaining, the seats ruined my enjoyment of the whole event. The chairs were so uncomfortable that I was squirming before the show even started after only a half hour. They were spaced real close together,I had to sit crooked to keep from rubbing shoulder with the person next to me. When we arrived we found out we had folding chairs to sit in. We paid an excessive amount for tickets just to be in the front row This venue is definitely NOT worth another visit in my opinion. I completely agree with the other reviewer about what these venues are doing to the customer in exchange for their hard earned money.for what we paid for these tickets along with a six hour drive and a hotel stay for the night, we should have had better treatment. There were plenty of staff there but no one was doing much of anything except looking around, at what I don't know. Hubby ended up finding two regular seats for us to be able to see the rest of the concert from. They were also partially blocking the aisle which is supposed to be a safety no no. There were two large women in the seats beside us and when they decided to stand, it blocked out all views for us and everyone behind us. ![]() ![]() We were in the second "row" and had the same experience as the other reviewer: had to angle our bodies to see the stage the whole time. I see that another reviewer had one of the folding chair rows that were created in order to cram more customers in, placed in front of the regular padded seats there (that are very comfortable, by the way). We came here for a concert last Thursday.
